Norwegian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association & Wiersholm is proud to present the annual Nordic Buy Out Forum on 5 December at 08:30 am at Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Oslo.

Nordic Buy Out Forum is an annual M&A event that joins the venture capital and private equity industry and others involved in the transaction market in Norway and the other Nordic countries.

The conference attracts the most important players in the industry and is a unique arena for networking and knowledge sharing.

Nordic Buy Out Forum was initiated by Wiersholm and is organised in cooperation with the Norwegian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. It is an important arena for the venture capital and private equity industry and others involved in the transaction market in Norway and the other Nordic countries.

The purpose of the forum is to create an arena for networking and knowledge sharing.

Since the first Nordic Buy Out Forum was held in 2011, the number of participants has been steadily increasing. The forum is gathering industry leaders and other important stakeholders in the Venture Capital and Private Equity clusters in the Nordic countries. This year, the partners include the Danish, Finnish, Swedish and British Venture Capital Associations.
