On Wednesday December 7th at 08:30, the sixth annual Nordic Buy Out Forum will take place at Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Oslo. The keynote speech will be delivered by Guhan Subramanian, professor at both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, who will share his world-renowned insights on deal process design.
